We are the cleaner choice. What we use to clean our space makes it into our bodies. We only use environmentally-friendly products which reduces chemicals on surfaces and in your air, keeping your family safe and healthy. We also recognize that saving our planet starts yesterday. The products and methods we use are not only eco-friendly, but sustainable options too.
Pets are a part of the family. During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
We recognize that you may have household favourite products, and so you are welcome to supply your own if you choose. We do also have our own environmentally friendly and sustainable products and materials that we can use at no added fee. Please let us know whether you would like us to use your products or your own.
Based out of downtown Kingston, we service the Kingston & surrounding area. Travel fees may apply to services provided beyond 20 minutes from the Kingston core.
We service Picton, Napanee, Gananoque, etc for an added fee.
If you're not sure if we'll travel to you, or if you would like to know how much the added fee would be, please reach out. We are happy to work with you to meet your needs, whereever they are.
We never make you sign a contract that requires you to use our service. We want you to want to use our services.
If you need to cancel, please do so 3 business days in advance to avoid any cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of your services. If you cancel on the day of your service, or we cannot gain access to your home, you will be charged the full amount of your service.
If you request to reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a fee equal to that of 25% of your service cost.
With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it is preferential for you not to be home during your cleaning service. If you must be home, we ask that you remain in a different room than our team as much as possible. If we are to be in the same room together, we ask that you please wear a mask and we will do the same. We will be in contact prior to your appointment to establish entry protocol if you are not home.
At this point in time, we prefer e-mail money transfer as payment upon completion of the services, prior to our team departing. We also accept cash if contact-less EMT does not work for you.
